Imagine this

Mini retreat in a city but a calm setting that feels miles away from the rush of the city. You don't need to pack your bags, book flights, or pay for expensive hotels. Your saturday begins with yoga, journaling, breathwork, and meditation session, helping you reconnect with yourself and set a positive, energizing tone for what's to come.

Throughout the afternoon, you'll dive deeper into your inner self through thoughtfully designed workshops that help you rediscover the power within you. There's no pressure, just a supportive, welcoming atmosphere where you can learn, explore, and grow at your own pace. It's a chance to reset, find your rhythm again, and connect with others who share your journey toward personal growth.

As you leave, you'll feel refreshed and re-energized, carrying with you the piece of yourself you’ve been missing. With this newfound sense of balance and purpose, you'll be ready to integrate these practices into your everyday life.

Digital Detox Facilitators

Oliver Valentin
Yoga & Breathwork Coach

Oliver, a yoga instructor based in Copenhagen, integrates vinyasa, yin, and rocket astanga yoga disciplines into his practice. Drawing from his Buddhist upbringing, he pursued yoga training in India where he spent six transformative months studying yoga and meditation under yogis who had dedicated years to practice in caves. This experience significantly expanded his understanding of meditation and dedication.

His first love was karate, and he excelled, becoming a two-time world champion. However, injuries and inefficient training methods forced him to step away from the sport. Today, Oliver has multifaceted movement experiences to offer from breathwork, Chi Gong, martial arts, circus, Muay Thai, Capoeira to personal training, guiding and tailoring individuals’ needs in unlocking their potential and finding delight in physical expression.

“I use everything I've learned to teach movement, yoga, and breathwork. My goal is to help others explore their own capacities and find joy in movement, just as I have throughout my journey.”

Chrysti Luckynelly
Co-Founder of The Self Hug

Originally from Indonesia, Chrysti is a co-founder of The Self Hug, a well-being brand guiding individuals toward becoming their best selves with intentional, holistic tools and practices.

The Self Hug was born from a moment of vulnerability and a search for purpose. Chrysti experienced burnout back in 2020. She took a career sabbatical from law firms to focus on personal growth. This experience led to a renewed commitment to helping others avoid burnout. The brand has sold over 10,000 well-being tools globally and supports countless individuals on their mental well-being journey.

Throughout her career, Chrysti has served as a mental health and well-being committee officer, overseeing well-being initiatives and programs for the firms while contributing to D&IE efforts and women's empowerment.

Today, she is passionate about sharing her experience of how journaling not only healed her from burnout but also transformed her life, and ultimately help others to rediscover their power.

Mellody Som
Yoga Teacher

Mellody is a yoga teacher trained in India and Bali. Born in Hungary and raised with Cambodian heritage in a Buddhist family, she’s been navigating the balance between Eastern tradition and Western life since birth.

She first ventured into yoga in 2012, when she spent 1 year at a yoga school to manage health challenges she was born with. Following a more conventional path, she paused her yoga & meditation practice to focus on her business education.

Mellody spent her young adult years in high-performance jobs - she served as a management consultant at industry-leading firms such as Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte. After experiencing multiple burnouts she returned to the original roots of yoga in India - to heal and to eventually become a yoga teacher herself. As a teacher, she strives to honour the yoga tradition while making it accessible to modern lifestyles.

“I believe in balance. One should not feel the pressure to choose between an ambitious career and a deep, spiritual path. My advice is to use yoga as the secret ingredient to high-performance.”
